I thought about opening a cleaning service when I lived in Columbia, SC and once I moved to the Charlotte area, I saw a huge demand for the residential cleaning. People work hard, have family demands in the evenings and weekends, therefore it leaves very little time for the families to clean their homes.
I jumped in full force in March of 2018 and opened KwikMaid, LLC. My team and I have been consistently building my business one client at a time. I am so grateful for our customers who continue to support me in my amazing endeavor and to my dedicated team who are diligent in servicing our clients. KwikMaid has been growing exponentially and it is very heartwarming to see the growth of my business!

I am BEYOND thrilled with Kwikmaid, the cleaning service owned by Sara Anstey! Due to health issues this year, we have not been able to keep our home as clean as we'd like. I heard about Sara's business through the many posted recommendations on various sites and hired her team to do a deep cleaning of our two story, 2700 sq ft home, woodwork, floors, blinds, vacuuming, cabinets, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and more.
We have Christian values and treat others like we want to be treated. We have a fun close-knit team environment where you can learn and grow. We believe in promoting from with-in and there are numerous opportunities for growth within our business. We offer paid hands on training for 4 weeks where you will be with the team lead and the owner of the business.
We strive for excellence at each and every cleaning. All of our staff is very cordial, respectful, honest, and are trained by the owner to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers. We take pride in our work and strive to free you up to spend time on more important things in life. Yes, we supply all products except for paper towels and trash bags.

Sara and her team were excellent to work with. Sara was very kind and her communication was great. Her team of ladies that did a deep cleaning on my home were very friendly and they did and amazing job. Will definitely be using KwikMaid again!

WOW! Cannot recommend Kwik Maid enough. Their attention to detail, thoroughness, professionalism, and kind personalities have me beyond satisfied with their services. Our home is incredibly clean and they even brought treats for our puppies! HIGHLY recommend!

I've been working at KwikMaid for almost 6 months now. I love the people and it's a wonderful environment to work in! We have a very positive atmosphere. As with any job though it can get hectic and sometimes chaotic, but nothing is perfect.
Boss lady is the best! She's such a faith driven woman, and she's very encouraging & inspiring. Small crew right now, but they're all amazing and we get along so well.

Amazing work! The cleaning crew was in time and diligently completed deep cleaning of bathrooms, laundry room. They had extra time to vacuum the wooden floor in the first floor. We are very satisfied with the results. Girls were polite, well trained and followed Covid safety protocols, which we highly appreciate! We are planing in using their services for a long time.
We also like the way this business is conducted. Highly organized and uses efficient communication and scheduling tools. Well done KwikMaid!
