In 1992 Ted and Jody Mitchell set out to build a local family owned and operated Hot Mix Asphalt paving company from the ground up based on honesty, integrity, hard work, and most importantly high quality.
With help and expertise of father Gene and mother Bonnie, Mitchell Trucking & Paving, Inc began as a small scale, patching, driveway paving, and truck rental company in East Wenatchee, WA. 28 years later Mitchell Trucking & Paving, Inc has grown into a large scale, multifaceted paving company, but still holds onto its roots of being a local family owned and operated company focused on honesty, integrity, hard work, and most importantly high quality.

Mitchell Paving did an outstanding job on our driveway. They came out on three occasions to provide support, guidance with drainage and conduct a quote. Even one of the owners came out several times to oversee the work from start to finish. You would not believe how meticulous they were during site prep and grading. They ran into some unexpected boulders an surprises but it didn't phase them at all. They spent lots of time making sure the site prep was perfect . . . I mean over 8 hours of prep time for a driveway. Even with all of the issues they discovered in our driveway, the cost was what was
