I absolutely love Mr. Spotless! Their prices are unbeatable and most importantly my car comes out perfectly clean every time. Normally a bit out of my way as I live in Cincinnati but totally worth it. I’ve been a loyal customer to Mike’s for a long time but my car never comes out as clean as it does after a run through Mr. Spotless. Whatever they do differently works! Can’t recommend enough. Hope to see more locations pop up in time.

I have been using this automatic wash with a monthly plan for over a year . Until five months ago have been very pleased. Five months ago I have talked with the employees, manager, left messages that the sign for the rust protection, wheel clean and the last set of sprayers have not been working. Stopped my monthly subscription until recently, stopped by and was assured by the employees that everything was working. IT IS NOT!! Everything that I reportted five months ago is still not workin! buyer beware, you not getting the wash you're expecting. pay attention the next time you go through

The employees who sit on the sides and pre wash do an amazing job. I work construction and my truck is a muddy mess this time of year and they always pre wash all the mud clumps off so it doesn't scratch up the paint. Great service here. I have the monthly platinum and don't plan on getting rid of it any time soon.

Very good for the most part but sometime the guys are lazy I guess because they don't put on a bag on my truck for the rear windshield wiper. And one day they were closed all day without a sign, they were cleaning and possibly repairing but I missed a day on a day I needed a clean truck. Its not life changing but the benefit of a Mike's Car wash it the multiple locations

It was early July 2021 I finally decided to use the car wash. When I pulled into the parking lot and there was a woman there parking her car to talk to a manager. She told me that she received a 21/2inch scratch on the lower center front windshield. They argued that the scratch did not happen at their car wash. I took my car through the wash and then home. It was not until I went to finish my detailing that I noticed that I had the same type, length and location scratch as the lady from earlier today on my car. I tried calling to no avail. I drove up to the car wash place only to find 4 people

Iv been to car washes all over ky and oh this is far the best for value and the wash. Also the vacuums work amazing. The maintenance is spectacular and the crew are helpful and friendly. The lot stays clean since they have a person walking around quite a few times a day keeping it up. Love this place.

Prior to how they handled their mistake yesterday this car was place was great. They had a malfunction on their car wash which put hydraulic fluid all over everyone car who went there 8/12. I called the place letting them know I've washed it 4 times and cannot get it off. The guy said come in the next day and will scrub it for you before washing it again. I went there today and the guy tried to convince go to somewhere else and he'll pay for it to let them deal with their mistake. He eventually agreed to scrup it first before going through the wash again. That still didn't work so I took him up

I went there this morning ,my car was left with a film all over it, I talked to the attendant but he didn't know what it was he tried calling his boss no answer,said he would call me... Has no yet. I had to go to Mike's car wash to get my car cleaned from Mr spotless car wash. This carwash left my car far from spotless!!

They only seem to care about their non-self service customers. Self service doesn't take CC, change machine doesn't work and no one onsite cared to help. Automated car washes are not good with pickup trucks.
The dials are incorrect with half the positions not available according to the stickers. Presoak was actually tire cleaner.
I'm sure there's better ROI on the automated option, but for those of us willing to do it ourselves, or want it done right we like the self service options. This is not a place to use for that service.

Bad Experience!!!
Recently I visited Mr. Spotless Car Wash in Cold Spring on Alex Pike, about 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. I wanted to use the drive-through option. Neither bay would take my card so I paid in cash. When the "Spotless Rinse" cycle came up NOTHING came out. I then proceeded to the vaccuum. The tip was broken off of the first one I went to so I moved to the next one. I had to get out of my car to move a pile of trash & the hose to get to the vaccuum. I went to the coin machine to get quarters. Both machines were out of coins. The WORSE PART was my car was covered in

I have used this car wash several times with no issues. However, today I stopped in to vacuum out my car. I put 6 quarters into the 2nd machine to start vacuuming. The machine had almost no suction. I told the attendant who said they were having trouble with that machine, then asked if there was a sign on it. There wasn't. I asked for my $1.50 back and he said they don't keep money on sight. So I guess I'm out of luck. I lost a buck-fifty and they lost a customer. I won't be back.

The automatic wash bay has tire rails to guide the vehicle through.
Their equipment broke the valve stem off of my left rear tire causing an instant flat. This was on a factory wheel/tire of Chevy Express van. One hour after the incident AAA changed the tire. Then I had the valve stem replaced at the local tire store. Cost was $112. 35 !! because it is a pressure sensing stem. I contacted the owners of the wash. They reviewed their video tape and said they watched my vehicle go thru and that everything was normal. They refused to pay for the repair ! And they even refused to negotiate for some
