It was a pleasure working with Pat. He was very knowledgeable with products and design for the system I choose to install. Communication was excellent as the project had some setbacks, but they were there every step of the way and were able to schedule me in throughout the install. They are very professional and I would definitely hire them again in the future. Locally based and on Maui for many years it’s nice to know they will be here if I need assistance.

I have been working with PacAudio since 2017 when we first broke ground on building a home here in Kauai. Finally 2021 and the house is done, the sound system, tv, artwork that hides the tv with the press of a button and wireless setup is all in and it looks and sounds amazing. I have received so many compliments on the system. However, over these last four years I had to work with 3 different people (as the first guy left the island and the second left the company) which caused a few problems but everyone was kind and understanding and helped me to not stress out and Seth, the lastest PacAudio

They provided a very detailed price outline for us that they adhered to throughout the process. They were attentive to housekeeping and made sure all system components came together once complete. We are continuing to use them for some other work at our residence very shortly. I think that is the best testament of all that a customer can provide a contractor.

Seth and Adrianne were very professional. They arrived on time and they were very respectful of Covid protocol. They were super knowledgeable about our equipment and needs. Also, very important, they had some necessities on their van so our job was not delayed by us missing some components. We would highly recommend this company. This our third time using them over the past 3 yrs and we would not hesitate to call on them again!
