I have decided to change my review. We had sealing agents insulate and spray foam our new house. Everything was good until I tried to get a termite warranty. They spray foamed the bands in our crawl so no one will do a termite warranty. When I called to get them to come back and scrape the foam out they said it wasn’t just their fault and they wanted me to pay half of the money to have it done. When I declined to pay for it they said that they are starting there own termite division and would warranty it after the first of the year in 2020. It is now July 2020 and they still don’t have that

Perfect outcomes from beginning through completion at a very reasonable price and, compared to the high quality materials, technicians, and back office staff, easily the BEST VALUE among three competitors. Pete did a superb job from estimating all the way through quality control of the completed work. The B&B Master electrician, Christopher, briefed me on what he was going to do, answered all my questions, and installed the sump pump circuitry on a separate GFI protected circuit. Didn't waste a minute. Efrain and Anibal worked non-stop installing the sump pump and sealing the walls and floor. Keith

Chris and his helper arrived on time and phoned to let me know they were here. They were both friendly, professional and thorough in their work. Brad B and his team were excellent. It was nice to have a job done where you didn't have to watch over people and make sure you weren't shorted/work was performed "halfway". Contacted Sealing Agents on the recommendation of HVAC provider and was totally disappointed. Rep Nick couldn't find my house, came late (although he did text late arrival) looked under house, showed me a couple of pictures, and then we talked. It has been one week and zip. No call, no proposal. If their workmanship matches the customer service then find another.

Sealing agents showed up on time to start a metal building closed cell spray foam job. After the sprayers got there they informed me they are concerned about issues that the salesmen keep saying "yes" and "no problem" to but it seems were huge issues to the sprayers and said if i agree to sub par quality they would continue. Will never contact this or any sister company to this company.

I was selling my home and excessive moisture and standing water were noted in the inspectors report. I knew a friend that told me about their great experience with Seal Agents. I called them and they came out to my house promptly. They were very professional and experienced. They provided a turnkey solution to my crawl space issues. I was blown away by their workmanship and attention to detail. The sealed crawl space looked great. More importantly, it was dry. I know this helped us sell our house. I've already recommend them to several people I know.

Rip off artist. I have been involved with this business 3 to 4 times now. The last time the did work for a client of mine sealing agents damaged their home and did not fix it. My client was forced to take court action. A sealing agent representative just did a bid on my house for water proofing. The work recommended was the wrong fix. They supposedly sent out there best estimator and expert to look at my home. He was completely wrong on where the water was coming into my foundation and recommended the wrong repair. They also did not recommended the correct way to really fix the problem. They recommended
