I spoke with Jordan this morning and he was able to get me a same day appointment for rekeying! He was also very clear with the service and cost. Jordan and my technician Spencer communicated with me before their arrival. When Spencer arrived he was very kind and worked without delay. My locks and key turned out great. I brought in a replacement remote for a used Nissan I bought. They "programmed" the remote and then cut the physical key. I paid $60 and after I left I tested the remote and it didn't lock or unlock the doors. When I went back there tried to program it again but "it didn't take" I was told. This is the first time they told me programming is not guaranteed. So I paid them $60 and they cut the key which now I can't return.

On 10/23/2020 I had a set of car keys made here for an older Honda. The guys in the shop are great, which is where the 1 star comes from. I had 2 keys made, one for the car door and 1 for the ignition. The car was stranded at the airport. When we tried to use the door key on the car, it unlocked the door but it jammed and wouldn't come out of the car door. We figured we'd drive to the All Secure with the key in the door so they could help. Unfortunately the ignition key they made also did not work. Now we have an unlocked car stuck at the airport with a key in the door. I called All Secure

I recently needed them again as my husband lost his car keys. They were terrific. Able to get a new key and remote setup and working in about 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable too.

My 78 year-old neighbor came over Sunday night at 8 p.m. and said a bag with his keys in it had been stolen at the Rockies game. I tried calling multiple locksmiths but either no answer or just closing. A great young man named Alex answered at All Secure and said he'd come right over. He was here in less time than we originally thought. Alex was polite and very courteous to my neighbor and had him in his house by 9 p.m. Thank you, All Secure and Alex!

All Secure installed new locks and an alarm system in our office (after we had a break-in). They were on time, quick, and on budget. The locks are much stronger than before and work great. Fantastic service! Hubs and I recently moved into our first Home and called just before New Years to have the front door rekeyed. The person who answered was super friendly, trying his best to get us in on the earliest possible day. Two days later (the day after the holiday), Philip came out at the time quoted - who does that anymore!! He was quick and friendly.

These guys are lifesavers! My car was broken into and I thought they had broken something off in my ignition in an attempt to steal my car since my key would only go halfway in. The dealership quoted me $500 saying they would have to replace my entire ignition, so I looked into other options, and wanted a second opinion. They looked at my ignition and said that there was luckily nothing stuck inside of it, it had just somehow been jammed in the second position.
