These guys were the best. I've worked with other "big name" trash-removal services, which always did the job. JJ Haul Away is special. They were responsive to my first call, gave an accurate estimate on the phone, kept me informed of their arrival time, and most importantly---removed everything quickly, cleanly, and professionally.
They even let me add a few smaller items my large load without increasing price. Never had the "big boys" do that. No extra charges for helping me pull things out of storage, either. Note that I wasn't abusive of their time. We all need to be reasonable. This wast truly

I am so impressed with the professionalism, attitude and competency of Julian and the team. They were careful, quick and swiftly wisked away an old treadmill with no disruption to our lives! We’ been dreading the process, but now we have someone to call in when we need help with “old stuff” removal. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best! They were friendly, prompt and very reasonable. I had called another hauling service before them but they were much more expensive and almost rude on the phone as if just hauling a mattress away was not worth their time. The guys at JJ Haul Away were happy to help me and I really appreciate it.

Called JJ and spoke with Julian. Have to say these guys are truly professional! They showed up when they said they would (a rarity in today’s service industry) and wasted no time loading and taking away some things for me. I’ll use JJ again without hesitation!
