I recently purchased a new John Deere 1025R Tractor. I bought it with the loader, backhoe, mower, forks & snow blower.
I can't say enough about the Rosencrantz staff. Dana Carpenter was extremely professional before the sale and he continues to help answer all the question I've had in regards to the tractor. Brian in service is also awesome. I had a couple of questions on attaching the front snow blower and he has not only answered my questions but he has called back later to be sure all is working well.

Get team! Honest and upfront. Actually saved me money when compared to big box stores. Delivery fee was waived without even asking! My Ariens came fueled and ready to throw snow. Very much recommend for everything JD and Ariens.

The salesman Rick, came through in the timeline I asked for…kudos for that…went to pick up my new 1025r TLB and he brought it out to my trailer and drove it on…never showed me a single function or how any thing worked…handed me the key, I said only one key he said yeah but I’ll get you another, and do you want a hat? Yes please…sure. Came back shook my hand and left….the service guy asked me if he had shown me everything…I said not a single thing…he offered but at that point I wanted to just leave….extremely disappointed in the sales guy for walking away and not showing me anything

Ordered a series 200 tractor with bagger in March. Was told I would have it all "before the grass turns green". Its over 6 months later and my bagger is still on backorder. Never called with an update. There is absolutely no urgency on their side to deliver their product.

I have a 125 series Deere with bagger that has been clogging constantly for years. I picked ip a setcof the AM141034 Hi-lift blades a few weeks ago, and problem solved. I was away for 10 days, and came back yesterday to some very long, damp grass - I figured this was the perfect test for the blades. It cut the grass no problem, and absolutely no clogging. I will note, however, that with the hi-lift blades, a little bit more of the clippings do fly out the side of the blade cover - but not enough to bother me. Certainly beats stopping to unclog my shoot every 10 minutes.

By far the place to go for all your tractor/John Deere needs. I purchased a 3-family series tractor 2 years ago. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process from sitting down to explain every component and option right up to and including delivery. I've reached out and stopped back in many times since for additional parts, equipment, and other inquiries and each time the entire staff has been incredible in both service and responsiveness.

The service team is excellent. The mobile service option (come to your home) is convenient and comprehensive. The technician who worked on my tractor was polite, professional, and thorough. He found an unexpected problem and proactively placed a call to the office on my behalf. They got the parts and called me the next day to schedule a return visit to fix the issue. Great ambassadors for the John Deere brand.

Just purchased a 2025r at James R. Rosencrantz & Sons, Inc from Rick. It was an easy and a very friendly experience. I was working with another JD dealership and they were very rude and told me I wouldn't see it for a month or two. I called and talk to Rick and I picked up my new compact tractor within a week, with all the options that I wanted. Great job to everyone at James R. Rosencrantz & Sons, Inc.
I'll continue to drive an hour just for that type of service!!

I went to pick up my 3046R tractor today.

Worked with Gary, the store manager. We had some issues.

So Gary said he reported my tractor stolen and on the way out kicked my trailer plate, breaking the bracket. They have a very professional store manager.

I guess it's time to trade my John Deere for a Kubota.

I purchased three John Deere tractors from this wonderful place and have recommended countless friends.

What really sets this dealership apart is the SERVICE. If I could give 100 stars I would.

The field maintenance team are nothing short of amazing. They went thru my John Deere with such detail. It's now 2 yrs old and drives like new. Field Service Tech 'Mike' is such a great guy, he's personable, professional and really is a die hard John Deere fan himself. He pointed out many driving techniques to reduce wear and helped walk me thru the tractor in some ways

"As good as it gets" doesn't begin to describe how great this business is. In a world filled with big box stores where you can't find anyone to help you, this is a company where you feel at home the moment you walk in - and after your purchase as well. I'm very choosy about spending the money I really don't have, and can't tell you how great their Service Department is. This place is a great place to buy any of your outdoor equipment needs from. I recent had a great experience from my sales person Barry deliverer driver and manager. To get one person that makes your day is OK but to get all three. You know they are doing something fantastic. I bought my lawn mower from Barry. Fantastic guy that went the extra mile to get the deal done with rebate. I ran into a small hiccup with deliver as I wasn't there to sign for it. It was my fault but the service manager and I worked it out and the new John deere lawn mower proudly sits in my garage.. Outstanding service
