I have moved 3 times. Every time I have gotten screwed until zippboxx. Rob and his staff are true professionals. He quoted me a price and came in under quote. Outstanding. The moving crew knew their job and what was expected. They were on time, extremely nice and eager to work. They loved their job and very happy working for the company. They had nothing but nice things to say about Rob. Hire this company, I cannot put into words how pleased we were with the move and the people that worked for zippboxx. Great job guys!!!!

Doesn't get any better than this! The first move from an apartment to their storage facility was seamless, everyone was professional and courteous. Luanne goes above and beyond with her customer service. Rob, the owner, was exceptional with his communication when there was a concern the day of the move. The movers were amazingly professional, took exceptional care of all the items like they were their own. I took advantage of their storage facility for several months before needing everything moved across country to Phoenix, AZ. While Zippboxx doesn't offer cross- country moving services

Super fast movers. Got us moved from Hicksville to Huntington way faster than quoted. They wrapped up all our furniture so well and they were unbelievably fast at disassembling and reassembling. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for great movers at a great price.

Insanely rude and unprofessional. I use this company for storage. When they picked up my items initially, they were over 3 hours late. This caused a lot of issues, as my building didn't allow moves after 4pm, and we were going to go past that threshold. In addition I had to reorganize cleaning and plans etc. they offered me a months free of storage but I'd have preferred to have paid that moNth and not deal with the hassle and stress that being so incredibly late caused. Then around a year later I had 2 additional boxes to be picked up. I emailed them and had to chase for multiple months

I have been dealing with zippboxx through my residents on the property where I work. Yesterday I used Zippboxx personally and all I can say is wow. These guys were amazing from the moment they went to pick up the furniture till they took off the last wrap in my home. I will continue to recommend them to others. From the minute you ask for a quote till the next day of your move, you will hear from them and their website is phenomenal. I got a call when they were on their way to and from. I was very happy with ZIppboxx ...they are definitely a 5 star

Can't say enough about the owner Rob and his crew! Herbie, you are a workhorse and a great leader, Anthony you never took any offense (moving can be stressful), Kody, take care of those Knees young man! And all the rest thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We dearly miss everyone! We had used zippboxx on a referral from our real estate attorney. They packed, wrapped, transported, dealt with me for two weeks! Cleaned up the house as well. I hired a dumpster and they even helped do a major cleanout. These men worked their tail feathers off! I seriously miss seeing them every day
