We branded 6 pedicabs to be out all 4 days of the AAOHNS Conference. This allowed for Stryker's message to be seen at all times to a relatively small conference. However, the CNS Conference was larger and so we branded 23 pedicabs for 3 days of the CNS Conference! VIP Pedicab working along with Cinemax's marketing team, created a full canopy design that stood out at Comic-Con.

Screw these guys -- I took a glorious, 2-person 1.5- mile ride from one of their pedicab riders, which turned out to be $80. The rate is sort of posted ("$15-$40 per passenger) but I hadn't noticed "per passenger". So I tried to haggle a little, but he wouldn't budge, noting that VIP takes a 50% cut. I said that's outrageous, and he said I should write them a bad review and maybe they'd treat their riders better. So here it is: VIP is exploiting their hard-working pedicab operators at OUR expense. My wife thought it was worth it; I say, screw these guys.

Had a blast!!!
We were in San Diego for a week, I'm a country guy by heart but for the city life we loved this city.
Looking for things to do this was a perfect way to get around town and also get some local knowledge of what to do!
What a cool activity to do while hanging in the city.. I highly recommend you take a drive at night at least once.

I was fortunate enough to get a tour from Fanny our local celebrity Fanny the pedicab chronicler. My date and u had a blast getting a staycation tour of our city. If you do anything while your in San Diego do your self the favor and give Danny a ring. Thanks for the amazing time bro !!! Next time off it's happening.

VIP outdoor media made my entire experience at SDCC this year. They had a pedicab with #SaveShadowhunters on it to support the cancelled show. One of the actors, Jack Yang, from the show saw it on twitter and decided to come take a ride in it. I coordinated with him as a fan and found the bike for him while he was on his way. I asked if i could save the bike for him and they had no problem with that. Every worker i met was so kind to me and all the fans surrounding the bike. They let Jack ride around on it for free while they filmed and took photos. Everything worked out perfectly i don't think

Disclaimer: not 100% sure the outfit we rode with was VIP Pedicab but the below review applies to the pedicabs in downtown SD in general.
You take this ride for the experience not the price. Ours was a very short trip just four blocks or so but we had a very lively driver who weaved the cab back and forth at key moments and pedaled hard at times so as to show us that he was really putting something into it. Music playing added to the ride.
The arched lights around the cab are a nice touch.
At the end of the trip the driver and I agreed on $20. each (stated written prices inside the cab are

VIP Outdoor Media has gone more than above with our transportation needs. I work with clients that come in for conventions and they want a unique and exciting way to get around San Diego's Gaslamp district. Pedicabs are just the way! Worst service ever ! I would not recommend anyone to use this bike service. Ridiculous prices! $60 for less than a 3 min ride !? And on top of that we were charged TAX and TIP!! Which I'm sure it's illegal.
People like this should not be allowed to work here.
How can a company have such unethical and awful people working for them.

Use VIP and avoid Urban Pedicabs! I myself was confused as to which company was providing the service. Was completely ripped off by a driver who apparently was from Urban ($260 for a half hour ride). Ended up speaking with VIP, who made things right even though they weren't the culprits.
This company is doing everything they can to stop the scams that are happening with other companies. The representative was responsive and truly cares about the unfortunate trend in the industry. Please do your research and ask the driver which company they work for.

This company provides great corporate transportation services, and has highly professional staff. I could not have asked for a better way to get my employees around during a conference. My team had fun and actually bonded -something that's hard to do when you're fighting traffic or
frantically looking for a parking space. Most of them had never been on a pedicab before, meaning they were a little nervous, but they warmed up to the experience in no time. What I thought would just be an affordable,

Came to San Diego on vacation with my best friends. We used VIP a couple times to get back to our hotel. We found it to be easier and quicker than trying to get an uber during surge pricing. Most drivers accept credit/debit, and the company also sells tickets online. Overall a good transportation option if you’re out late downtown.

My husband and I did the DTSD Craft Beer Pedicab Tour and we had a great time seeing downtown San Diego and their well hidden craft breweries! We really loved the crazy tastings at Ballast Point brewery and the very strong beers at Stone brewery, so it was great having a VIP pedicab to get us around downtown. It took a lot longer than expected at the Neighborhood bar, we actually got our food before our drinks. But Quartyard really ended the night great, what a cool place in the middle of SD! Thanks "Fresh Prince of San Diego" #SDfreshprince for a great craft beer tour of the city!!

Was in town for a conference and needed a ride to the Amtrak station afterwards. We were a group of 3. Luckily we ran into Jack, and he is great! Really, it was a wonderful way to end our trip before a long train ride to LA! He rode along the water, onto the pier, and even took a picture for us! You rock Jack!!

Excellent service and undisputed local knowledge. I was an attendee at this years distributech expo and conference at the Convention Center, and NEST home technologies had hired VIP pedicabs to provide free rides to any and all attendees. Even though I am a local, this was my first pedicab ride. The drivers were not only professional and efficient, but gave great tours of downtown. We were pleasantly surprised...a GREAT alternative to other ride services or taxis...we will be using them again in the future...can't wait for to use them during baseball season... perfect for pub crawls etc.
