I was a new customer and called them because of their 5 star rating. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and my air conditioner was leaking. They had a repairman here in 15 minutes. Great service and highly recommend.

Very happy with All-rite AC. Krystal got us on the schedule fast for a new wifi thermostat. Brad, our technician was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. From the initial call to the completion of service, they gave us excellent service. I will use them again when we need A/C service or repair.

These guys come when they say they will, are fair with their fees and make honest recommendations rather than just trying to sell you. Quite refreshing to find good old fashioned service and integrity in today's world.

Had a problem with one of 4 Carrier units. Called and receptionist was pleasant and scheduled a service call on the same day! Brad, the technician arrived and proceeded to fix the problem quickly and serviced other units. Brad was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Brad went above and beyond what I expected! I will never do business with any other residential A/C company.

These guys do a great job. Show up as promised and keep you informed of the process. Had a secondary problem when I arrived in gown for the weekend. Clint was a top notch tech, got out right away and got me fixed. House hasn't been this cool since I bought it.

We have done several service calls at different properties with this company in the past and the work performed was fine.
However, the scheduling has always been an issue.
If your service address is in Key West, stay away from All Rite. They only come down on certain days of the week and unless you hit it on the right day, it could be a long wait.
I tried to schedule an appointment today for one of our central AC units that is not working properly and the earliest they can come and look at it is in a week.
Seriously, a week from today ?

I am the Manger at Lower Keys Tackle. All-Rite A/C is by far the BEST! I call and they come. Fast Service, friendly staff, and they always get the job done right!

Came out and got me going the same day I called. Aldo and his associate were very polite and found the problem. It needed a board that had to be ordered which came in two days later. I felt the price they charged was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service from All-Rite. Our air conditioning went on the fritz yesterday and I was sent a technician within the hour. He fixed our problem in one visit and the cost was quite reasonable. (Both are rare in the FL Keys) Thank you for the great service. It may be November but air season isn't over yet!

I have a vacation rental in the keys. The renters contacted me to let me know the AC was not working. All-Rite was quick to respond and said I needed a new compressor, the entire outside unit which I agreed to.

a few months later, when I got to use the house myself, I noticed that now a very annoying vibration was being generated by the AC. My house is elevated on columns and the concrete pad hangs off the house so the first thing I checked was how they mounted the unit. They had directly bolted the unit to the pad with no isolation mounts which is just asking for trouble.
