Having seen properties managed by this company on separate occasions. I can see that they do not take well care of their properties. John told me I could just cover up the disgusting pee stains on the carpet with a rug. Just saw one of their properties in Mililani Mauka that has the same, dirty broken cabinets, gross outdated appliances, stained linoleum, stained carpets, black mold in the bathrooms...and its overpriced.
John is a scammer. He’s pushy for the money upfront before a contract is signed and unprofessional. I would not recommend my worst enemy to rent from Pearlridge Realty.

Judy and John were very knowledgeable and professional. Judy helped me find the perfect home in Ocean Pointe (Ewa Beach). I was very impressed how much she knew of the area and development. She gave me very candid and honest advice. I'm in "car sales" and can sense when someone doesn't have my interest at heart. I did not feel she was trying to "sell me" and that her guidance was what was best for my situation. Thank you Judy and John!!!!!!!!!!!
