With over 15 years of cleaning experience, we have a vast knowledge of cleaning know how with experience and huge chemical advancements by leading industry chemical manufacturers in soap / stain removers mold removal / water sealers/ and mortar cleaning products which are approved by leading architects.
Since being introduced to Neal and his work, a couple of years ago, we have used him on all our jobs requiring cleaning. His service is generally required with new construction; but not limited to the new. His work encompasses older dwellings, retaining walls, concrete walks, patios, etc.
A couple of recent jobs that he has done for us, that are easily accessible to view, are the Elon Community Church addition, Elon University's Multi Faith Center, Elon's Millpoint Apts., and the Children's Museum.Jeff's construction worker words; "He does good work & will get you a good job." Brick - split faced block - burnished block. We use the best masonry cleaning products available, removing excess mortar, mud, and construction dirt, taking time to scrape and brush masonry surfaces, using the least pressure possible resulting in great cleaning results. We also provide water seal for masonry.
Brooks Pressure Washing we also provide masonry repair, or can build all of your small masonry needs from mail boxes, porches, steps, grills, flower beds etc. with over 25 years of brick laying experience I have probably built what you are looking for. Mr Brooks and his helper were not only on time but they respectfully called a few hours early and asked if they could come early and they got here and cleared off our porches themselves and got to work and went above and beyond our expectations at an amazing rate!!! We will DEFINITELY be using their services again and recommending their services to anyone and everyone!! I am not usually one to leave a review but the service we received was beyond excellent!!!
