Unaltered by trends and periods, Classic Traditional design is timeless and boundless in its elements of decor. Typically larger in scale, furniture pieces are solid wood, sturdy or heavily upholstered which present a look that is comfortable and inviting. Not necessarily ornate, a rich, warm and cohesive color palette offers a more formal feel that other design styles.
The Coastal Beach House style is inspired by the neutral color palette of the coast and the flexible ease of a lifestyle that seamlessly transitions from indoors to outdoors. Beach house interiors are light, bright and airy. Organic elements of primitive woods, jupe, hemp, raw linen and wovens provide texture and create the feel of a relaxed approachable space.
Transitional style is a blended balance of traditional and contemporary furnishings and decor. The color palette is often monochromatic with accent colors that are less saturated than its traditional counterpart. I purchased a rattan chair online from BSEID because their prices are very competitive. It was damaged during shipment. The owner called me, apologized profusely and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. I gave them 4 stars because it took longer than I would have liked.

Do not use this company! It took 2 months to get my table (delayed delivery was not communicated when I purchased the table), and they charged me an additional $334 INSISTING I needed delivery into the house and assembly. After all of that, the table was not even assembled correctly so now it wobbles. The whole thing has been a fiasco. Communication is terrible! They only provide information when you insist on answers. I do almost all of my shopping online so I have a lot of experience and realistic expectations. I will NEVER purchase from this company again!

Their customer service is fantastic and the product superior to that you find on other sites. The owner is a designer and hand picks these wonderful products, and Betsy the customer service rep is so knowledgeable and helpful!!! Will definitely buy again. Oh, you definitely want to sign up for their mailing list to get their rare but wonderful sales!
