Do NOT go to this dentist. My parent left their office sobbing as the dentist did not give them enough pain medication. Then lectured my parent for being allergic to certain medications (like that is something they can control). My parent was sobbing in the chair as the dentist INCORRECTLY pulled their tooth out and was only able to get half of it out. They did not ask if my parent was okay AT ALL. They let my parent with blood still dripping from their mouth leave the office and drive home. My parent sobbed for six hours. The dentist didn't even give my parent any form of pain medication upon

Only gave any star because there was zero pain. However, he repaired a broken tooth by root canal and said there was an issue between my front two teeth so repaired there too. It started to come apart and has since broken worse than it was to begin with and bow I can feel the repair in between my front teeth doing the same as well as the next tooth over he "fixed".

Poor customer service by Stephanie. She was having a conversation with a coworker received a phone call and asked to place them on hold so she could continue her personal conversation. She did not return to that call for almost 5 minutes until another person called and she had to place them on hold to go back to the person who had been waiting for her to finisher her personal conversation. Very unprofessional especially when everyone in the waiting room can hear everything she is saying. We will he looking for another dentist for our family.

My complaint is that Dr THOMAS WILLIAM poorly done my root canal, he misread and failed or ignored the extruded filling material given that the Filling of the root canal should end at the root tip apex. He ignored my pain and inflammation and showed negligenge with dealing with it. He wants to keep charging more fees for a procedure ( root Canal ) that has already been paid. He deviated from the normal procedures according to other Doctors opinion and choose to prescribe antibiotics instead of retreatement.
