CJ Del Vaglio owner of East End Pool King, has been a board member of LIPSA - "Long Island Pool & Spa Association" since 2011 and also served as president for 2018 and 2019.

We will remove and store the cover on property, brush pool surfaces, install ladders and rails, assemble pumps and filters, system startup, test water chemistry (chemicals additional), and we include one power vacuum (additional vacuum services may be needed).

They installed my pool in Mattituck and have serviced it since then. They steered us to the ozone cleaning and disinfecting system and we are super happy with it. We can barely notice the chlorine in the water. They have been responsive, responsible and helpful. We love our pool and we love the way East End takes care of it.

Horrible experience. They are not reliable on times and scheduling. They intentionally lied twice about the opening time of my spa. They didn't answer or apologize to my emails - actually the opposite, very arrogant at the phone. They ask you money in advance for the season and then they disappear. Stay away if you can.

Beware of what appears to be a business struggling to scale. Two months into our new maintenance contract with them we had two billing problems - $950+ dollars billed each month when it was supposed to be ~$200. They were unable to correct this so I had to take it up with my credit card provider. Service - their technician left the hose running in my pool while I was away which could've caused a complete collapsing of my back yard patio - I fortunately caught the issue via my security cameras. They have completely over salted (5500 ppm!!!!) and over chlorinated my pool. They have damaged my
