So far, so good.
Four treatments down, ONE left & basically my chin hair all but gone.
I had fair amount of stubborn hair & much of it ingrown due to prior treatments elsewhere (and plenty of electrolysis)
Yeah, I expect I might have few finer hairs left later on but honestly, I've been to FAR more expensive laser hair removals (mostly in Oak Brook for 3 times the cost) with NO lasting results. Sometimes NO results at all. Yeah...and THAT no result was Oak Brook. Ridiculous! I was suspecting maybe they failed to TURN on machine. In that instance, had no choice but to complain

Several RED FLAGS on this Groupon.
(1st) I called the Laser Med Spa to ask a question to see if my 16yr old daughter could be treated. I was told yes but before I purchase the Groupon I can come in for a consulation then if we choose to go ahead with the treatment I could purchase the hair removal treatment for my daughter onsite wthout having to go through Groupon.
(2nd) Set appointment for Thursday 03/19/2015 @4:45pm. When we arrived there was no record
