I have shopped with Moore's intermittently for the last 20 or 25 years. First for my grandparents, then my parents and now myself. I will also say I have spent almost 10 years working in retail sales and customer service.
Any time I walk into the store, I am greeted with a nice "hello, how are you today?" I am not a "regular" customer and have dealt with many different staff members over the years, so I cannot say I know or remember any one specific associate. I have never felt disrespected or invisible to the staff. When they are busy, it is understandable they might not notice me right away

I went to Moore's to inquire and purchase bath seat and walker. The gentleman approached me and asked how could he help me. I told him what kind of insurance I had he explained to me how I could use my insurance and what they would pay. The guy walked away from me I still had questions to ask him. He went to the back I stood there waiting for him to return. After about fifteen minutes he looked at me came back to me and asked me was there anything else that I needed. I feel that he might have been having a bad day but his customer service was very ugly towards me. Never returning to the Kokomo

The staff are so nice and friendly and truly care about the comfort level of their customers. They have all manner of equipment for rent or sell and work with each individual to assure the best fit. From basic first aid items, braces, wheelchairs, lift chairs, etc. they have all home healthcare needs covered.

The "width" of their line of products could be larger. But you need to keep in mind this is Kokomo Indiana.
The products they do carry are very reasonably priced. The products I purchased were less than half of what Walmart charges for the same product.
The people that work there were very pleasant. They went out of their way to look up answers to my questions, when they didn't already know the answers. They have electronic doors which are very helpful. Even with electronic doors, they offered to carry my purchase out to my vehicle.
Overall a great store. I'll definitely be back.

Purchased hose for almost $100. Called 3 days later to ask if I could return them and was told I could.
I TRIED to return them and was told "there is a 2 day return policy, I can't take these back"
I was not told about a 2 day policy and told the person on the other end of the phone they had been purchased 3 days prior.
I'm stuck with hose that cannot be worn because we were not given correct information and their prices are OUTRAGEOUS.
Will never ever go there.....
Here is to the lose of almost $100 for a worthless product I could have purchased online for 1/3 of the price.
