New Dimensions Group is the ONLY Psychiatric facility in Duplin Co. It's also the only one that takes both Medicaid and Medicare. Because of those 3 distinctions, it can be challenging to get an appointment; especially for a new patient.
Dr Olotadoye is a great Psychiatrist. She takes the time needed, is cautious in making mental health and medication decisions, and is very compassionate.
It's wonderful to find a Doctor who cares about the mental health needs of a rural community.
Wait times are about 15-20 minutes, depending on the time of year.
Nicole Upah is the PA who assists Dr Olotadoye

My oldest daughter have experienced the WORST outcome from Dr. O, & her ACT Team Service workers: Terry/Larry Price, Jai Wright, & Abbie Wells. I've spoken with the Head People @ Eastpointe on Tuesday morning. New Dimension Group in Rose Hill, NC needs to be SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD if you ask me!!!!!!!!!! They weren't a good help for my oldest daughter, & we give them a -1 star for their services...... the woman with blonde hair in her head mixed with black hair wa Extremely/VERY men!!!!

I have been going here for many years for medication management. If I ever have any concerns or questions , I have always been helped. I absolutely love Dr. Nikki and recommend her to anyone I know that needs help. Although I know this place has some flaws as does everywhere else, this is where I choose to go.

They only need to work on the front desk staff answering the phones, because as far as I see, when I come there, it's always 2 people there. But noone ever hardly answer when you call. Its vever that busy in there . Other than that I love going there I love Dr.Nikki , Dr O, Mrs Gloria, Mrs Alicia, that use to come to my house.

This place was an incredible nightmare for my children. The doctor prescribed The wrong medication because the incompetent therapist misdiagnosed them. Then after the wrong medication exacerbated their actual condition, they both ended up in hospital. Took a month before the doctor would see them after the hospital trip. So, when my children finally saw the doctor she prescribes them another drug not FDA approved for children their age! The nurse, therapists, social workers were the absolute worst I have ever known. The nurse intentionally provoked, and teased one of my children. Therapists quit constantly

Transferred due to death of last dr. I had a difficult time getting appointments, then they stopped sending reminders. They then decided that I needed an evaluation but didn't schedule enough time for it, and cancelled my appointment without notifying me. Bipolar and off meds - not by choice. Not a responsible medical establishment.
