Mike Lee and the finance team made it so easy to get approved for your dream truck! We were able to start the process remotely from the comfort of our home, and were in and our of the office in 1.5 hours including the test-drive. The gentleman from the finance department got us an even lower interest rate and lowered our monthly payments by $130 per month. My last car purchase was through carvana which was pretty easy, but you have to wait quite a while for your car. At this company, the paperwork process was easy and I got the car same day. When we first contacted Brian he took the time and listened to what we wanted in a car, we showed him the car we wanted and he got it for us easy in about 4 hours paperwork and all! All the staff is extremely nice and has everything ready for us as we walked threw the door! We will come back for our next car for sure!

We went to NWMS after having a horrible experience at a super shady dealership. We had a bad taste in our mouth and we’re hesitant to come to another dealership. We came on the lot and was immediately welcomed by Adam who was super friendly and asked us what we were looking for. We explained what we were interested in and then was asked about our budget. Adam listened to us about what we wanted and pulled up all the trucks in our prices. Adam was extremely full with appointments and ended up working with Grant after and man Grant was truly amazing!!! Will not do business again. Purchased a 2012 Raptor with 123K miles and the truck is garbage. Had to replace the coil packs, spark plugs, Ujoints, battery, belt and tensioner, radiator cap and still needs shocks ($4000), radiator temp sensor, ball joints, upper control arms and differential fluid change. Dealer spray painted the under carriage to hide the massive amount of mud/dirt and damage underneath. Worst experience ever...how can Jay Buhner have a clear mind knowing he's selling JUNK

Still a one. This is the wife here. We were paying cash, actual cash for our sons car. They kept them for hours. They were so rude. I left for work and was pissed when I found out my son and hubs were still there with some bs. We wanted to drop the cash and sign the title and go. I've bought many cars and been in and out. Bought a 2012 Toyota Tacoma sr5 with 64k on it. Within 2 years I had to replace the driveshaft, replace control arm assemblies on front left and right and something else I can't remember. It had a crappy leveling kit on it in which they charge you as a premium lift kit . I got 10 alignments in the 3 years I owned it and it still wasn't aligned. They spray painted a bunch of stuff underneath and I thought it looked cool. Once the paint burnt off my exhaust and undercarriage looked horrible

I spent today with Richard Samuels at Northwest Motorsports. I originally had an appointment with another saleswoman, but she was still working with another client and Richard was quick to step in and assist.
Richard was very informative about the Jeep I test drove and the other options I looked at.
Richard was professional and not pushy. He listened to what I had for a down payment and the price range I needed and he made it happen!
Wonderful experience and I love my new Jeep!

I really wish I could give a better review however, the lack of communication with our sales representative Delain Boorman is simply to bad to ignore. We LOVE our Jeep Wrangler so much but he gave us promises he was unable to keep literally from the time we spoke to him until the time we spoke to financing. I can’t recommend this particular NWMS. Maybe just consider a different rep. I can however say the finance department rep Tyler was very polite, informative and helpful. My first experience with the NWMS located in Lynnwood WA was a better environment and experience with a much clearer communication

I only give them 1 star becuase the lady in financing was nice. Do not buy a car here. Within 7 months of buying my car the check engine light went on. I brought it to Nissan and was told i needed a new transmition. I was also told that zero maintenance was done to the car before they sold it. Fortunately I had bought a warranty but still ended up spending $2000 out of pocket for all the small things any dealership would do to a car before selling it. My brother had a similar experience. Working with Todd was awesome!
He was super upfront, warm and honest. We put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it and come look at it, he had it cleaned and picked us up in it and was no pressure from the get go. He even found people our height to sit in the vehicle before we came to help us figure out if the seats were high enough. (Talk about the extra mile).
Finance was easy! We told him the rate we were pre-approved at with our bank and they beat it by 1.5%
He treated us with respect and he gave us great coffee and some new shirts. We drove the vehicle on a long test drive and the long trip

We were tired of our 09 gmc sierra and wanted something different,and because dealerships are in need of cars and trucks we went into NWMS Puyallup to see our options.
we did not want to make payments so we went to the back lot and found a nice 08 Ram available.
After swapping trucks and getting a check for cash...i could not be happier..
they also went through the truck to get it ready after being traded in...again i am happy with the deal.

Never set foot inside dealership, complete price gouging, putting people upside down in their cars. Example, They have a truck, all stock, for sale right now that is 25,000. more than when new, no modifications, 25,000 more than new, but its used...and this is common amongst dozens of vehicles.
They are not your friend, they are not your trusted automotive advisor, they are trying to take advantage of each consumers finances one at a time.

Went here a while back. Pushiest sales person ever for a "meh" car. I came in looking for a specific model of car that was online, and the guy tried to force me to apply for financing for a Hyundai I never test drove. No thanks!! Enjoying my Tesla that I had zero pressure to from a non shady dealership.

It was time to trade in my much loved Mini Cooper and buy a bigger car to haul all of the grandkids. I did some research ahead of time on trade in value, ie NADA and looking on websites for the price cars with my similar mileage and year were going for. I have dealt with car dealerships many times over the years and it is often a very exhausting experience. I did an inquiry on line about a Hyundai Santa Fe, 2020 with less than 5,000 miles. I would not trust purchasing a car from NWMS.

Considering the fact that I first bought the car with them in November of 2018 and it lasted me almost exactly to November 2020, which is about two whole years before the vehicle set fire.

I cannot, in good faith, purchase another vehicle from NWMS.

The vehicle did not have any outward disfigurement when I purchased it. After having it for two months, the rotors warped.
After replacing the rotors, then one of the calipers were found to be completely toast. I replaced one of the two calipers and the issue stopped with the rotors warping.

Purchased a 2019 Subaru WRX 1700 miles. Clean title, single owner. No declared issues. Felt fine at first.

After owning it for 1 week noticed suspension issues, steering issues. Visit to Subaru dealership. Discovered aftermarket structural parts. Clear evidence of impact. Engine is missing mounting components and is misaligned. Repairs will need to be made in stages. Total severity of damage is still unknown.

I purchased a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from here a over 7 years ago. EVERYONE and I Mean EVERYONE at work gave me crap for buying from here. Well almost 8 years later I can say that out of the 7 cars and trucks that I have purchased in my life, including 2 new ones, this is the only vehicle that I kept all the way to the end of the loan. It's the best vehicle I've ever owned. I've had zero issues with the truck other that basic issues with aging, I.e. the dash cracking, but that's mostly an issue with this era of GMC trucks and I'm also assuming the Arizona sun. Anyway

Ran my credit about 5 times or even more trying to find the best rate after I told them I had my own financing.

Through the whole process of the deal just dragged their feet from the finance side, communication was poor.
