The Ragonesi's have been in the natural materials business for nearly 70 years with four generations in the tile and stone industry. The original business was started by Benjamin Ragonesi in the late 1930's in Bensonhurst, New York.

We attended a free seminar on bathroom remodeling. The presentation was given in a precise manner with a bath checklist to take home. The presenter gave a clear and concise ideas, some I had not thought about, with no sales pressure at all. They provided free snacks and drink. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you at a seminar if you are thinking of remodeling your bathroom.

This review, is subject to change. As of now this company’s sales staff getting a horrible rating as they do not return calls, do not do what they say they are going to do, and just out and out lie. I’m hoping that all these things are corrected, and my granite is installed correctly on the correct day. Should my experience improve I will update this review.

Definitely shop around. They stopped responding to my emails so I looked elsewhere and glad I did. I was quoted $1200 cheaper for the same level granite color and installation from the same warehouse by another company than this place quoted me. Unless you are looking to spend the big bucks on a kitchen remodel they dont seem to be interested in helping people with the smaller projects.
