Using direct heat, grill chicken 4-6 min on each side. If you do not want to use a grill, you can broil the chicken until the temperature reaches 170 degrees. The rich flavors of the pinot noir bring out the best in this game dinner, due to the spicy aftertones and truffle flavors which compliment the richness of the venison flavor.

The Powell Village Winery is an urban wine producer, located in the heart of historic downtown Powell, Ohio. We buy our grapes from notable vineyards throughout the United States, and then process, ferment, bottle & label the wines right in downtown Powell - making it "officially" Powell's hometown wine.
