Schaad Detective Agency, Inc., was established in 1972 by Russell C. Schaad, a retired captain of detectives of the York City Police Department and Russell L. Wantz, Jr. At the time of its inception only these two men worked for the agency. During the early years, Schaad Detective Agency devoted its primary operation to investigative services.
Schaad Detective Agency is currently supplying both armed and unarmed security guards/officers and investigative services throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia. We feel that the key to our growth is our in depth personnel selection, twenty four (24) hour dispatch and supervision combined with our radio communication system.
Schaad Detective Agency, Inc. has the full capabilities to handle any investigative assignment throughout the United States. Trained Schaad investigators conduct undercover investigation into internal operating and loss problems. Our investigators can join your work force and probe into such areas as internal theft, timecard manipulation, drinking and drugs on the job, employee performance, record searches and sabotage.
While most terminations occur without a problem, there is always a risk of strong emotions or even a violent response. We routinely counsel our clients how to terminate an employee to minimize the risk of workplace violence. Should there be problems with a terminated employee post-termination, we have the experience and expertise to staff your facility with trained, armed protection officers.

I didn't know what to expect when I first walked into this business but after filling out the application and immediately being greeted by the awesome bosses who took me in to my interview on the spot I was treated as if I was family to them. They are very values based and will work with you on your schedule and helping you figure out where it's best that you help them. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

Not sure if they irresponsibility stole my vehicle or not, as I do not think they are able to confiscate vehicles that do not belong to the criminal that was charged. I don't even know if they have the authority I act as law enforcement, but you can believe I will be filling a wrongful suit against them! I don't think you can just take property and criminally arrest ppl as a regular citizen!
