To start, they said my device hadn’t come yet (you’re supposed to call the day before appointment to make sure device arrived) so I called the company as it had been past the 3 business days in which it was supposed to have arrived. The company tracked it, and in fact had been delivered 3 days ago. I then called Traffic Jam and he said it may have been misplaced and would call me right back. I walked into this store and said connecting to my iphone music was my number 1 requirement. The guy there showed me how the dec worked with his iPhone and everything was great. I picked the car up 2 days later and it DOES NOT work with the iphone. Also, they used the micro sd card slot to hold the navigation system software, didn't label the card and didn't tell me. SO, SD cards being the only way to hear music with my 3000 dollar system, i took it out and put music on it. Now, I don't have a navigation system either. Calling Clarion does no good, they only talk to dealers. Traffic
