Our delivery model assigns one highly-qualified Cost Estimator/Project Manager to be your single point-of-contact from start to finish. We call this our "Single Source of Accountability." Other companies have multiple departments with different people handling very specific tasks in the Preconstruction and Construction phases.

They manage your relationship like your project is moving down an assembly line. You still get your project built, but with whom did you build a relationship? And how much more did you pay for those multiple departments and layers of overhead in each? At East Harding, our "Single Source of Accountability" business model matches you with one Cost Estimator/Project Manager focused solely on your client experience.
Services
We strive to support and stimulate the local economy by using as many local subcontractors and suppliers as possible to help keep your money in your local economy. This practice helps keep local, small businesses strong and provides job security for Arkansans.

We also have a robust Minority & Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) program that focuses on building capacity for Arkansas-based, minority-owned companies working in the commercial construction industry.East Harding Construction is proud to be part of the District Wide Improvements to the Fordyce School District.
From Site Superintendents to Project Managers/Estimators to the behind the scenes support staff, our team is comprised of some of the best in its field. We employ professionals who share a passion for delivering "Client Focused Construction" services to our clients every day.

Our team takes a "360-degree" approach to "Client Focused Construction, " meaning that we view the owner, the architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers all as "clients".Our goal is to work in service to everyone involved in or impacted by a project to ensure high quality construction delivered on schedule and within budget.
Sustainable Design and Construction integrates site location, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources and indoor environmental quality very early into the design and construction process. East Harding has constructed more than a dozen USGBC LEED Accredited projects.

The benefits to our client are higher efficiency lighting and HVAC systems, lower utility bills, lower maintenance costs, better on-site water management, more efficient building water systems, improved indoor air quality, as well as improved employee health and productivity.
We have a detailed safety program which includes a site specific safety plan for every project, environmentally hazardous materials program, worker safety, and public safety that is managed daily by our Site Superintendent with a weekly safety inspection by our Health & Safety Director.

We help achieve client satisfaction by ensuring that our employees have a challenging career in a secure and safe work environment with the proper training, equipment and industry-leading technology to do their work properly. All East Harding employees and subcontractors' employees must attend a safety orientation prior to mobilization, and attend weekly safety 'toolbox' meetings.
East Harding is Arkansas' construction industry leader related to the mentoring, training and capacity building of MWBEs. Minority contractor development has been a personal passion for East Harding co-founder Bob East for over 30 years. In 2008, Bob developed the Associated General Contractors' Construction Mentor-Protg Program and presented it to then Governor Mike Beebe.
