ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys Report

ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are used primarily for commercial transactions. This type of survey shows all easements contained in a title commitment. Clients have the option to have the survey contain any of the Table A items as shown in the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements. This type of survey is typically used for residential properties or commercial properties where a title commitment is not needed.

We have had the very best experience with this company. We have been trying to start building our home for over a year and due to unforeseen circumstances have had to have our property surveyed multiple times. Every time they are at the property within 24 hours of calling them. People are efficient, nice, and timely. I highly recommend this company. We wouldn’t use anyone else for our surveying needs.
