The entire process was seamless and professional. This is the first time that a salon could handle my crazy curls and tint it the way I wanted it to be. The only reason why it’s not five stars is because it was on the really expensive side. ~ $350 including hair cut, tint/highlights. It took me slightly past 3 hours (my hair has always been this long at other salons as well). But overall, I’m still thinking was it really worth the $350? Yes and no. Yes because I absolutely love my hair. No, because for that price I could’ve purchased something else far greater for the same price.

So upset. This is the first time I dyed my hair, ever. At the initial consultation, the stylist assured me that she could make my hair look like a picture that I showed her and even explained to me that it would be done in steps; which would take some time. I completely understood and agreed; as I would not want to damage my hair. She gave me something very different. I was even told by the manager and another stylist that the picture I showed them, looked nothing like what the stylist did to my hair. I was promised that it could be fixed and now I am being told that I passed a 'two week mark'

I went to lords and ladies for the first time today (3/4/2019) and had the pleasure of working with Cory to do my hair and she was fantastic!! I’ve read the reviews on the salon and made an appointment for a trim on a whim and got paired with Cory. I have extremely thick and long hair with layers and she was able to cut and style my hair the way I love it. She is extremely nice and talented too! I highly recommend this salon and Cory for future hair appointments. I’m a very picky hair client to please and this experience was great and Cory was awesome!

I love this salon and had the pleasure of getting my hair done by janiris she was friendly and very helpful in telling me the difference between all my color options. She listened and took her time to get exactly what I wanted and more.We decided to do a balayage and it came out beautiful I would definitely make another appointment wIth her. Thank you janiris I love my hair life changing.

First off i love coming here to get my hair done. Very dissapointed that the girls who wash your hair are only washing for the full time employees. As i pay just as much as someone coming and using a full time employee. Second lisa is gone she kept that place clean she was a awsome person you lost a great employee a caring employee. It def will not be the same without her. She was also very good with the elderly people coming in. The place could use a good cleaning. You should value good employees. I dont think i will be coming back as i love my hairdresser. Value what you have there is slim pickens

This was my first time at Lord and Lady's and I had a great experience! I was a little confused about selecting a stylist online because I didn't know any of them. However, I called and ended up with Irma. I got a cut and full balayage... And Irma exceeded my expectations! She's an artist. She spent so much time on every detail of my hair and my hair looks fabulous. I highly recommend this salon. I saw the work that the other stylists did as well and they all looked great. But I will be going back to see Irma. This place is a little pricey but so worth it for the quality you get

I went to the salon yesterday and made my appointment with Irma based on all the good Yelp reviews. The experience was great. From the moment I walked in, to the shampoo, to Irma's suggestion on my cut. I am very pleased with my new hair and will definitely be going back, Irma will be my go to hairstylist for sure.

Had a wonderful wash and blow dry by the fabulous Kelly up on the third floor! The washing station has massage chairs that allow you to experience complete comfort while Kelly massages my scalp. I love the products at the salon. I left feeling relaxed, pampered and loved the clean natural bounce after my blow dry. Can't wait to go again!

I absolutely love this salon! The staff, service, & products are top! I've started coming here twice a week for my blowouts with Nino. He's the best! The scalp massage during my wash makes me melt. My hair always looks spectacular every time I leave his chair. The blowout last for days!
The salon is large with two levels. Very spacious and clean. It's super easy to book a cut, color, or blowout online. Every person is smiling and just seem happy to be here. It's a fun vibe all around.

I am very skeptical on getting my haircut by a new person. My mother was a hairdresser so I always had the best at home. She retired a long time ago and I have had some bad cuts over the years. Well this was NOT the case today. I got the most AMAZING haircut and feel like such a lady. I had my hair cut today by Nino and he did a great job, took his time, set expectations and was always very social which I enjoyed. I have now found a stylist and am thrilled. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks.

Absolutely amazing. I've never had really good luck with salons in the past so I was very nervous about trying a new place. I received a gift card for my birthday and finally got the courage to make an appointment. I saw Chadia for the first time today. I scheduled an ombré and a hair cut. I came in with pictures of exactly what I was looking for and she completely exceeded my expectations. I have EXTREMELY thick corse curly hair. I am currently having extreme postpartum hair loss. She was so incredibly patient with how long my hair took. She took such good care of me. I will no longer see

The Salon definitely did right by me. I called to discuss how much I hated my cut. They invited me back on their dime with their top stylist. Irma fixed it! Required going much shorter than I ever wanted, but it was necessary and is at least palatable now.

Irma is fantastic. I have been coming to lords and lady's for the last 6 years off and on. Always had a good experience. I was never dedicated to a stylist as my hair cut is some what simple and I am not great at planning out my cuts consistently. This has changed!! Irma was so thoughtful, honest and willing to take time with me. My hair has never looked this great in years! I got home and my husband commented on how great my hair looked. I was thinking about hair painting and Irma took the time to show me options and was honest on what would and would not work. I have always been a fan

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Irma, my haircut and corrective color looks fantastic. I was on my way to the supermarket I had to pass Lord &Lady's salon,not sure what made me look in my mirror but I'm glad I did .Oh no my hair is a mess my ends are dark and dry the middle is a washed out red and my roots well let's just say a calico cat has less colors than me. I parked my car at the salon and took a chance that someone would be able to either cut,color or help this dreadful head of hair. The receptionist was more than happy to fit me in,but my service may be limited

When you move the hardest part for me was to find someone giving me a good haircut
Try two in different location and then both time I was not please
So you know when you are not happy!!
You wait and wait and then until the point that a friend was taking picture for Fun on

And then I saw my hair and I was OMG....
no comment !!!need a haircut really bad
Each time I was going to Roche brothers I noticed that they were a hairdresser and the parking was all the time full
So I decide to give a try
I have my appointment with Denise
She was wonderful and totally

Woke up and realized my hair was in desperate need of a cut, called and got a last minute appointment with Olga. She was great, I didn't have anything in mind and she added layers and really made my hair look great! My shampooing was great, they massage your head for so long. They also massaged my hands while I got my hair done!
Overall a great experience, will definitely come back!

I have been going to this salon off and on for over a year now. The first time I had gotten my hair done was a bad experience, due to a new stylist (who I had experienced at an old salon, so I knew he was awful once I saw him and was on high alert), but from then on things got better.
I started seeing Erin, who was very sweet. She listened to how I wanted to get my hair done and let me play with color. She did my hair about three or four times before things started going downhill. She claimed she loved how my hair came out, wanted pictures to show off, gave me her personal e-mail to properly request
