Carnegie Reiki

Certified Reiki Practitioners offer Japanese energy healing sessions for stress relief, and relaxation to promote over-all healing and wellness. Carnegie Reiki also offers certified Reiki training, group Reiki exchanges (for Reiki practitioners), and a beautiful space to rent for healing workshops and visiting practitioners/educators.

What can I expect from an Individual Reiki Session? Be prepared to spend approximately an hour and a half per session. This allows time to complete forms and discuss any specific concerns you may have or areas you would like to work on. What will you experience? You and your Reiki Practitioner will discuss your goals for the outcome of the session.

Do you suffer from anxiety? Have a traumatic event you just can't move past or an event that has shaped your life in a negative way? Suffer from a fear? Regression therapy will help you to uncover the past in a way you cannot do with your conscious mind in charge. It will help you to remember events you have buried in your subconscious mind so that you may release the trauma and pain of the event.

Experiencing a bowls session is very relaxing and soothing. It is about getting you into alpha state. Getting every cell in your body talking to each other through vibration. Your body is mostly water and that provides the perfect medium to transmit the vibrational frequency of the bowls. The bowls activate all of your cells to communicate with each other and come into harmony with each other.
