I use to come here all the time about two years ago service was great worth the price . I convinced my sister to get her nails done with me we both were in desperate need of a manicure and conversation . That is hardly what happened . The prices are extremely high and most of the nail designs we asked for they couldn’t achieve . my tech especially rude she must have really hated her job. She grabbed my hand and complained about me moving her towel. She cut my real nails off replacing them with artificial nails without my consent just began to cut . I've been here twice and had good experiences! The techs were friendly and my nails looked great! They also do great jobs on designs!

Usually love this place and try to convince everyone to come, I usually ever only come for pedicures but the people I went with wanted both a manicure and pedicure. So I got a manicure, they didn’t even paint all the way down to my cuticle and now there are bubbles in my gel manicure that make it look like I have dirt on my nails.

The owner/manager is very unprofessional and rude. My friend and I went there for a pedi. She asked the owner if we get the expensive pedi can we soak our feet a little longer due to us paying for that. She said all soaks are five min. So we let her know that we wanted the jelly (I'm thinking "you only get the jelly so you can soak your feet"). Before my friend even gets a word out she tells her "You can go somewhere else". Great nail salon. I love the option of getting my pedicure in a private room where they have decorative pillows and blankets. When getting a manicure and a pedicure they will prep your nails while you're getting your pedicure which speeds up the process. If you visit on a weekday when they are not crowded you can get in and out with a pedicure and manicure in a little over an hour. I also love the text message notifications of the discounts they are offering. That is really the only time I go to get my nails done.

If you so much as mention a concern such as, can you file it down more? They get extremely rude. Horrible service.

I showed up today at 6:05 pm and they stated they are already closed for the day when the store clearly states close of business is at 7:00 pm. When asked why I wasn’t given an answer. I am a respectful and educated individual I honestly think because of my race is why I wasn’t served and that’s so unfortunate in 2021 smh! People who look like me please stay away the professionalism is very poor!!!

This was my first time here. The lady at the front was super nice. I had to switch nail techs for my pedicure because the first one had an attitude. I do not spend my money with people that have attitudes. The second lady that actually did my pedicure, she was awesome. I also recommend getting the jelly pedicure. It was different and nice. The place is also pricey. I would only come back here every once in awhile. They get a 3 star because of the attitude I received and it being too pricey.

I am so disappointed!!!! I when on Saturday to get a pedi with my daughter. This is what it looks like. I know My feet can be bad but that it the service I paid for. I have NEVER had any issues with my feet looing like this. I looks like nothing was done. I even had to remind the girl to scrub my feet!!!! I was going to let it go but $40 of money I work hard for and do not treat myself very often to get this!!! Very Shameful!!!!

I had the "unicorn" pedicure that was able to sit in the private room with my friends; which was nice. I can't remember the lady who took care of my nails but from a party of 4 we were all satisfied and would definitely go back again.

If you want the best crew in town to make your nails beautiful go Tony, Katie and the crew. Beautiful nails, beautiful place where they pamper you hand and foot.

This place is a absolute gamble. Went here with two other people and their nails came out pretty good. My nails were pointing all different direction and every finger was a different length. The worse part was the nail tech had a terrible attitude after I pointed it out and asked her to fix it. She started slamming stuff and snatching my hands around and arguing about how she didn't see anything wrong. I paid $60 for nails that looked terrible. The manager was told what was going on by my friend (who is a regular at this place) and she gave her $5 to give me?! Not sure how she felt like $5

If you get SNS and you ask for SNS manicure this does not include the traditional manicure. You are ultimately changing the color that's it! It is an extra $15 (I think) to get the manicure. I went back a second time and got SNS again. This time absolute garbage. Less than a week later the SNS was literally just falling off my nails. The entire powder came off like it was press on nails. I have been getting my nails done for years and this has never happened. So now I am "popping" the color off and in the market for a nail salon.

Piss poor service and a lack of care for customers. They have potential to be great but would rather treat customers they know better than new clientele. So if you are already known here then you are probably good but beware if you are new.

Definitely will not go to another nail salon, they have done the best job. Not disappointed, 2 different people did my nails the 2 times I went and both were excellent. This is press powered I believe.

I never had a bad experience but today after being stuck at home for weeks I regret coming here. I asked for short coffin nails which I've had plenty of times before. This was not what I asked for and then it cost me $67 beyond disappointed in the service provided today.

Will not be coming back unless I get my money back or a redo. This is ridiculous that If I show you an image you still find a way to mess it up.

Absolutely horrible. I live in SC and drive to Fayetteville for work. This place was recommended. I showed a pic how of how I wanted my nails but was told they don’t do nail designs. I told the girl I wanted my cuticles clipped and she said it would be an additional $15 because that would be a manicure. She didn’t massage my hand, clean under my nails but instead took to much skin off. Nails are medium length and I asked for thin acrylic because I can’t function with thick acrylic. They kept saying that it had to be thick based on my nail length. Which I’ve never encountered before. The
