TWO STARS BECAUSE YOU NEED PAPERWORK WORK PRINTED OUT THEY WILL NOT TAKE INFORMATION FROM YOUR PHONE SO IF A AGENT OR BROKER SENDS YOU HERE PRINT OUT THE PAPERWORK. THEY HAVE PLENTY OF PRINTERS BUT THEY WILL NOT PRINT IT OUT FOR YOU SAD SO MANY DRIVERS HAVE TO TURN AROUND AND FIND A PLACE TO PRINT THERE PAPERWORK OUT. I THINK THEY GO TO THE PILOT DOWN THE STREET.

In my 10 yrs of trucking & logistic experience I have never seen any such unprofessional and poorly run co. I came exactly at 8 am for a load scheduled at that time, I waited 10 hours to get loaded. They assigned me a docks 3 times and again removed me each time for somebody else while waiting to be loaded. The fact that it was Saturday & there was no other load options available and that they already gave me the bill of lading for my load made me to stick sound. Unbelievable favorism - watch out & get away from them, I worn you fellow citizens.

At 15 drivers waiting for loads for hours on end. Total ridiculously run company from head to toe. I had to wait 5 and 1/2 hours to load and people there are not friendly at all in fact they're downright you rude wouldn't recommend anybody doing business here if you care about yourself or your company

I try to be sympathetic to the situation the entire cargo industry is in right now it is just exceedingly difficult to recover freight with wait times like this, with management that isn’t available, and with almost nobody here handling either the desk or forklifts. Considering we’re paying over $8/kg right now, ANA should be able to afford much better than this - and when I asked in the face of an excessive delay with a dozen drivers waiting to be processed and about the same number waiting in the warehouse for only a 12 hour extension of free time, I was told it was impossible.

Being there only 3 weeks and I can confirm they do hold the checks and u get ur first one after 3 weeks which seems very strange and odd. I left the company due to another offering a better wage and flexibility. Sadly the other comments are true about having to work longer shifts due to under staffing and lack of teamwork. I would say that some of the leadership is good but there is alot of favoritism in the upper ranks. The one owner is great never got to meet the other. The pay was pathetic compared to other company's.
