I had a phone consultation appointment with Mr Stump, I called on time and made my payment, then I was put on hold for 25 minutes!! when I informed Mr Stump about that; he did not like it and refused to give me the consultation, he obviously does not respect his clients and their appointments .. I am afraid he proved that he is very temperamental and unprofessional.
