Modern Damp Proofing, Inc. - DBA - Rocky Mountain Waterproofing has been around for over 60 years now and is still going strong. We started as a company doing solely Damp Proofing in 1960 with Larry R. as the president of the company. The company later passed to Cecil Douglas who ran the company for a few years and then sold the company to his Brother McKay Douglas.

This thin asphalt coat (10-20 mils) is designed only to stop vapor transfer from soil through concrete into building. It is brittle by nature and cracks with the concrete when settling occurs. It is the minimum allowed by building code, but think of what basement will be used for before you buy, because it might cost more long term in repairs or damages.
Insulation can help reduce the heat loss from your structure. Insulation on the inside of the house is typically the most effective. If you do want to add insulation to the outside of your foundation we can help with one of our insulation options. Warm-N-Dri is a pressed fiberglass insulation / protection / drainage board that is used in conjunction with the Tuff-N-Dri Waterproofing System.
Mechanical pumping will be a maintenance cost and will only function if there is power to keep the motor running. It may be a less expensive approach up front but need to be maintained and replaced from time to time to ensure water free space in high water areas. Some pumps can be purchased with a backup battery and others with an alarm if pump needs to be replaced.

I had healthy, virgin black hair that i wanted to get to blonde. i understood that this was a process to get to from the beginning as this was not the first time i’ve gone from black to blonde. after the FIRST bleach, my hair is completely damaged and breaking off from the top. my hair is multiple different colors, and i have to go to a different salon to get a color correction. one bleach of virgin hair at a professional hair salon that cost almost $400 (including tip) should have never led to a color correction and hair breakage. my hair stylist would not take accountability for her mistake

My girls and I were all in Nashville for my bachelorette party this past weekend! We were all super excited to start our Friday out with fresh blowouts and enjoy the experience that we had read and researched was such a highly recommended place. Unfortunately we would not recommend going here and to research further if you want a better experience. My stylist started by washing my hair and didn't even get all of it wet. I had dry areas in the middle, crown and underneath that were dry and water never reached it. Then the shampoo was globbed right on the top and under my neck. Two globbs. There

I literally drove in from NJ and made my appointment from the road. It’s the only place I will go to get a cut when I’m in the area. Ali and her team are wonderful people. The absolute worst blow out I've ever ever had. Not only did my stylist burn my scalp with her hairdryer the entire time but I could not believe what I walked out with. I asked for light beach waves and showed my stylist a photo of what my hair has looked like before with beach waves and she said she could do it. I walked out with a matted mess of curls that had my family and friends laughing at how ridiculous I looked. What a waste of time and money. (See below for photos)

My bachelorette party made an appointment here over 2 months ago - I have obsessed over the Dry House brand for years and followed them from afar. To say I was looking forward to this appointment is an understatement! Myself and another girl in my party had Alex. She was incredibly rude, did not speak to either of us & distracted with the other employees in the salon. We had two girls from The Dry House come out to our wedding venue to do my hair, along with the hair of my 5 bridesmaids. They did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job not only giving us each a unique style, but also making a style that fit each girl perfectly. The were very professional, timely, and fun to work with, and I highly recommend them for a wonderful experience!

First time coming to a place like this and was very satisfied. This blow house is ran by the Boss and she can blow you in 30 minutes. Crystal did a fantastic job on my hair and the conversation was amazing. Lots of humor. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I got the mermaid option and it turned out amazing. They are very accommodating to what you want to do with your hair and are passionate about what hey do. Will return again next time I am in Nashville. Highly recommend. Meow

I have tried many places in and around Nashville many years prices range from $100-$300, yet nobody ever done amazing hair blowout and style as Joshua and Ali did. And Ali did my haircut last week and she did an amazing work. She listened carefully during consultation and really provided haircut and style the way I wanted. I understand it’s not easy to make everyone happy, but that’s the beauty of offering Services by trying the best, following up and acknowledging the mistakes and providing as best as you can. They have been really nice to me and prices are reasonable.
