Amazing company and experience, we had the bounce house for my sons 2nd birthday and my kid was so excited, staff was unbelievable and communicated very quickly, they let my son watch them set it up and get it ready and talked to him, staff kept us up to date on drop off and pickup and worked with us when we needed it. I would rent one every weekend if I could! Definitely recommend this company above all others. Thank you for making his 2nd birthday memorable to our family!

EZ Bounce New England did an excellent job setting up the Radical Run obstacle course making sure it was placed on the safest part of our yard. They were really nice to work with. I would recommend EZ Bounce again for anyone who wants to work with a company who cares about their customers. Anytime I called or texted someone responded quickly.

The bounce house was great. easy set up and take down that i had 0 stress about! i did make the reservation and payment all online, so i got a little nervous after calling 3 times over a couple days and no answer. i honestly was hoping i wasnt getting scammed lol. but was pleased to receive a text back after a few days! and was happy with the customer service of the people who came to set up and break down bounce house. will def rent from them again now that i know how they work!

Ez bounce was great!! They were timely for drop off and pick up. They were very friendly and professional! It was supposed to rain the day of our party so they offered full refund if we wanted to cancel due to the rain. We ended up crossing our fingers and it all worked out with the weather! They sanitized inside and outside after set up. Our kids had a great time! We will rent from EZ bounce again!

We rented the XL dual slide bounce house for my husband’s Army retirement celebration. They set it up quickly and made sure it was all cleaned out and ready to go! It was a huge hit at the party and everyone had a blast- even the adults! Prices are reasonable and well worth the entertainment and fun! AMAZING! From the first phone call of inquiry to the breakdown of the slide/bounce house -- the communication, professionalism, and equipment were all top notch. I would DEFINITELY rent from EZ Bounce again. What a WONDERFUL time a bunch of 11 year old kids had to celebrate the ending of a tough school year!

This was a last minute decision. I rented it online through their website the night before not knowing what to expect. They reached out to me the next day to confirm and talk about set up. They built it up without me even being home and it was awesome. They also called me for an anticipated pickup time and picked it up without any hassles. The guys were super nice. I would highly recommend this and I will definitely use them again. My boys had a blast!

We reserved a bounce house two weeks in advance for my nephew's 9th birthday party. The morning of the party we received a cancellation call, we were informed that their driver got into a car accident and that all deliveries are cancelled for the day. I hope their driver is OK, but we are disappointed that there were no back up delivery plan because all the kids were disappointed as the bounce house was supposed to be the main entertainment at the party.
