I ordered a fireplace insert back in March/April and it was not put in until October and then they didn’t have all the parts and it’s January and it’s still not completed. They will not answer the phone or return phone calls. I have even gone up to the store to get this resolved. I would not recommend using this store.

Ben came to my house and inspected the fireplace. He went on the roof and took pictures and then informed me that I did not need anything done. I really appreciate his honesty and efficient service. He was very friendly and took time to explain about my fireplace. I will certainly call again when I need service.
