Communication! FANTASTIC. I bought a home with a large pond that had turned into basically a mudd pit. They took the time to exxplain my options and not only got the pond looking great, but went through three areas that could cause the man-made pond to fail in the future.

I requested a diagnostic report of my residential septic system problems and possible solution for repairs as required by my homeowner'a insurance company for a claim determination. After several requests I failed to receive the report. Mr. Eavers eventually sent a message he was to busy and was no longer interested in completing the project that his company initially began. As a result of not providing the report I had to locate another company to complete the project and pay the entire cost of repairs.
