Founded in 2006 by Jeff, Jeremy, and Justin Robinson; 3J Inc. offers decades of combined experience and management to operate a family run business with our 10 employees. We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service and give our customers tons of options to fit their project needs. Ability to receive and produce from several types of media, ranging from paper napkin through Catia based and AutoCAD renderings.
Our manufacturing facility has state-of-the-art equipment to handle almost any part or product manufacturing job. But more importantly, our experienced staff is well-versed in all aspects of machining and believe in using the right tool for the job. We are ready to help make your design a reality. 3J can handle any size project from minimal quantity (1 - 2 speciality parts) to huge volumes.
3J uses Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines to produce a majority of products and parts at our facility. These are automated devices that use internal computers to follow coded instructions which allow for efficient and extremely accurate manufacturing.
We currently have a sampling of the entire CNC Machine spectrum with lathes (where the tools are stationary and the work piece rotates, ideal for cylindrical type parts), mills (tools rotate and the work piece stays stationary, ideal for most other shapes and profiles), and hybrids.We are particularly proud of our employees' 5-axis capabilities and our quality management systems.

Our customers have unique needs and we pride ourselves on being able to custom-manufacture almost anything. From uniquely-fitted bike sprockets to specially-designed aerospace parts, we can handle it all. We don't require that your concept be complete in order to start working with us. We're well-versed in helping finalize a prototype and grow your project toward production.
