Diane is especially responsive (i.e. late night or early morning email/texts) and truly cares about each and every client as if they were her best friend. Searching for the perfect home in Laguna Beach is a little like the wild west. If you're not a native of Laguna and working with a local Realtor, figuring out the right home and location can be palest for your wallet and happiness. Fortunately, I met Ken Hanzlik and Diane Cannon, and over several weeks they patiently guided me as I explored all the neighborhoods. These are two knowable, honest and resilience professionals.
