Services
I am a Chico local, born and raised in our friendly, active, outdoor loving community. I have been blessed with three healthy children, a daughter and two sons. I enjoy my family, working out and being a member of Omega Nu Sorority. As a Palmer Chiropractic graduate, I earned a clinical excellence award among my peers, and have demonstrated that excellence throughout my 20 years of providing patient care.
New patients are warmly welcomed and treated with care and respect. Your health history will be documented on our comprehensive intake forms. The process takes about 15 minutes, and can be completed in the beautiful spa-like environment of our front office, or in the comfort of your own home before your first visit.

Dr. Azevedo is a true healer. As a college student who has a father who is a Chiropractor, I knew when I came to Chico I needed to find a good one. When I found Dr. Azevedo, I knew she was who I wanted to care for me! She is extremely compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable, and experienced in her work. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients and gives thorough care that reflects that. Her schedule is accommodating and she provides a vibrant atmosphere to heal and thrive. I have been under chiropractic care all my life, when the move to college came about I was worried that I would not find a chiropractor that could help me the way my current chiropractor did.
