I grew up in Riverview, MI. I lived in Dearborn for 10 years and moved back to Riverview to help my parents as they got older. I attended U of M and am very active with my husband in our local American Legion, supporting veterans and veteran causes. I began in insurance 22 years ago on the financial side, helping educators put financial plans in place for their retirement.

Deborah Steffey is the best at finding the best insurance for all your insurance needs. Explained everything in detail and always kept in touch during the process. In spite of loosing two loved ones with in a couple of weeks she is working from home to deliver the best service possible. I give her 5 stars!!

I have called EVERYWHERE and believe me when I say EVERYWHERE. A friend suggested Champaigne, best call I could make!!! Not only was Chris able to get me great auto coverage, but saved me a huge amount also on my homeowners. Chris handled EVERYTHING within a couple hours, not days. The transition from one carrier to the other was seamless and painless, THANKS to Chris and the staff at Champaigne. I couldn’t be happier!!!!

This is the most amazing place! We are so happy and Deborah is so kind and compassionate. She goes out of her for Birthday text and just how are. Our family was going through something with my husband’s illness and we were moving. I received the most beautiful card in the mail from Debrah that brought me to tears. I was also referred to them by my cousin and now I see exactly what she was talking about. We now have family and friends that use this amazing insurance company. I guess my issue is not really with the agency as a whole, but I really feel that they are less about helping the customer as much as going the path of least resistance. When I was looking to make a change and needed it to be fast a flawless, there were some missteps, but eventually it was straightened out. Once everything was settled, we had our insurance with Champagne for some years. When I let them know that I was shopping and would not be renewing my policy, there was neither a sense of urgency or much professionalism. I will be going with another agency that is going to save me a bunch
