After working for the legendary McGregor Company for many years, Jerry Chastain set out on his own and opened Chastain's in 1979. The company quickly developed a reputation for quality products and exceptional service. Jerry retired in 1999, after his son Chris graduated from the University of Georgia and began managing the store.
In 2006, Chris purchased the business from his father. For more than 35 years, it has been our goal to provide solutions to your commercial furniture needs, and we believe those solutions should be functional, comfortable, and attractive. I bought a conference table that was needed on short notice. I'm pleased with the table but when it arrived, it was missing two of the three legs. Thinking this was just a shipping oversight, I called and was informed that these were not included in the price I was quoted and I would need to order them for an additional $175. I'm not impressed with the bait and switch and will not do business with them again. It was a wasted opportunity for them as I would have been satisfied with just an acknowledgement that they messed this up and maybe a discount on the "additional" parts
