My experience with CMW was great at first. They returned my calls promptly and came out quickly and took a lot of time to take measurements and show me options for a stair rail. They said they would get an estimate to me in a week. I let them know I needed the work done as soon as possible so we could list the house for sale and this was the one big thing left to get done. They left and that is where it all went wrong. they never returned my calls. I called them back 2 weeks later and they said they would have an estimate to me the next day, and no call back. No estimate. I called one more time

We are extremely pleased with the cable railing that Bill designed, manufactured, and installed for us inside and outside our home. All the fasteners and tighteners are inside the posts; the welding and powder coating are superb; the railing has clean modern lines and looks beautiful; and the cost was by far the most reasonable bid we received. As the company name states, this is a truly creative team that takes pride in their work, and is great to work with. I highly recommend Creative Metal Works.
