I have done business with State Farm for a very long time and have had several agents along the way. The best combination I have ever had for insurance, is State Farm and the Deanna Ackerman Agency. Deanna & the gals in the office have always been so terrific to work with. They return calls quickly and have always gotten/had an answer even if it means extra work on their part. I have and do recommend Deanna and her gals often.

I have had State Farm insurance since the time I bought my first car in 1988. We have had no reason to ever leave St Farm as they have been great for all our insurance needs. Super helpful when and if I need to file a claim. The staff is always friendly and professional. Deana has always been there to help when in need for further assistance on any claims that have been filed. We will continue to use St Farm even with my own kids having their first cars!

While I am happy to write this review, I am sad because I have moved out of state and have to get a new insurance agent. I have been with this agency since 1985. I have seen staff retire and new staff come on board. I have always felt like my family's insurance needs were a priority for this State Farm agency The crew is friendly, competent and efficient. If I ever get to move back to Kansas I will definitely come knocking on their door! Thank you Deana, Tom, Ashley and the rest of the crew for a great experience. State Farm should be proud of you all.

The staff here is fantastic! It just takes a simple email or phone call to get the ball rolling when you need a quote or change in your policy. The response is nearly immediate. Beth has given me advice several times to help me make the best financial decisions while getting the best coverage. I trust this office completely! The rates remain competitive and you can’t beat the friendly, personal connections!
