UROLOGICAL SUPPLIES: Wide range of urological supplies including catheters, leg bags, night drainage bags and lubricating jellies. WHEEL CHAIR RAMPS; Selection of portable folding ramps, threshold ramps, as well as free quotes for large aluminum modular ramps.

I have a mobility scooter that I run pretty hard...every now and then, I have to stop by Densow's for maintenance work; after awhile, my scooter makes an annoying clicking sound and I know these people will investigate and then fix the problem! I saw Rick this last time, and he got my scooter up and running quietly...a blessing, as the racket it was making drove me mad! Rick is an all around good guy, with an exquisite sense of humor! I came in distressed --- but left smiling --- the man knows his business! Kudos to Rick and crew!!

Great customer service and actually caring people. We rented a recliner with the stand up ability, and delivery was on time, and great. When we called to rent another month it was easy to do, no trouble finding paperwork even with my mother in law renting the chair for my husband. Pick up was again amazing, on time, and quick with even a thoughtful question as to how my husband was doing. Densow's made an unfortunate event very smooth with their service. Highly recommend for medical rentals and anything regarding in home care you might need.

Great customer support. My husband went into the hospital for emergency open heart surgery on a Monday and my mother in law was able to secure and rent a recliner by that Saturday same week. Rick was very supportive and took care of us throughout the whole ordering, delivery and extension on the rental for the whole two months. Delivery was on time and quick as was the pick up. I had to call after one month to extend rental another month it was easy and quick. I think the customer service and actual caring was the best part of this unfortunate event. Glad we had Densow's here in the Tri-Cities

Over the top service! I have been going here for 2 years with all of my and my mom's medical supply needs. They have a large selection, and what they don't have in stock, they will order. It's definitely worth waiting for them to order, simply because of the outstanding service they provide, which just isn't there at the other medical supply companies in this area. When my Mom required a walker while at Kadlec, the staff ordered through a different company without even asking us first. The walker wasn't near the excellent quality of the one we had Densow's bring over

Something In Home Medical in Pasco couldn't do in a week telling me yesterday they didn't receive fax from my Doctor & it would be another week before it could be processed. I insisted they look harder for it. They located it in a stack of papers on Tanya's desk.
