Services
Engraving fee's can be tricky, some people charge by character, we have a flat fee on standard items. Any item that requires graphics repair or graphics creations will have an additional charge. All items that exceed a standard time limit in the machine or requires specific work will have an. This place is amazing. I came in with the craziest request to have images of bacon put on flasks. Chris, the owner's son, took my idea to the next level and far exceeded my expectations making these gifts hilarious, highly personalized, and ones that will be laughed and treasured for ages. Uncomfortable review alert! I dropped off a (what I would consider expensive) locket to be engraved with a “D”. Upon pick up, the locket was actually engraved with a “B”. I’m sure you can see how this mistake could happen. After a moment of panic for both me and the staff, they offered to fix the issue. With little oversight, exclusive engravings contacted the Jewelers where the locket was purchased. They paid to overnight the locket to the jeweler to have it professionally resurfaced. I just received the locket, engraved with a “D” and it looks perfect.

My initial interaction with the Hartley’s was at Savannah Georgia’s - Southern Women’s Trade Show where they had a booth. I didn’t know exactly what I needed, but after experiencing their pleasantness and passion to assist others I knew I’d be a client. Mrs. Hartley walked me through the printing process and I was so informed that I believed I could do my own printing, but I’d rather leave it to the experts at Exclusive Engravings. They are top notch!

So helpful, patient and professional not to mention super quick!!! I didn’t know what I was looking for but Mrs. Hartley guided me in the right direction. I got an 8x10 plaque with a picture and it was super affordable. I was also pressed for time and it was engraved the same day and ready for pick up for the next day! Couldn’t ask for anything better. Only thing I wish.... was that I had gone to Exclusive Engravings sooner!!!! They really took the weight off of my shoulders.

Exclusive Engravings is a great company, that is Veterans ran with great customer service skills. I have personally ordered from this business several times (plaques, mugs, t-shirts, name plates, knives, engraved items, etc), you name it they do it!! They are very quick with great quality service. Being prior military when it comes to plaques they are in top of their game. They went into great detail with their work. All the plaques are with the owners, so photos are unavailable at this time. Exclusive Engravings is a great business and I more personnel go to this location!!
