Dr. Nick has been treating the foot and ankle ailments of Lake, Sumter, and Marion County residents since 1995. Dr. Nick is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Aside from providing general podiatric care and treating heel pain, foot pain, and ankle pain, he also specializes in wound care, limb salvage, foot surgery, and the treatment of bunions and hammertoes.

To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our podiatry office, including our hours, location, appointment scheduling and insurance acceptance. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.
Dr. Nick is available to treat foot and ankle ailments such as diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, warts and painful calluses. Our practice specializes in general foot care. The worst Dr I have ever seen went to him because my other podiatrist stopped accepting my insurance. As soon as he walked in took a look at me and said your problem is you are over weight if you weren’t overweight you wouldn’t have this problem... mind you I was anorexic for over 15 years without knowing me he said this rhens said I had to have an insert that cost almost 300. Told him I couldn’t afford that he immediately said well then I am done with you! And was surprised when I got up to leave. He never took an X-ray didn’t look at my feet nothing. Dr. Przystawski was one of the best doctor visits I've had, and as a Type 1 Diabetic for the last 14 years, I've seen a lot of doctors. If I had to find out I have arthritis then I'm glad it was with him. He's very personable and observant, and spoke with me without patronizing in anyway. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nick is wonderful! He has taken care of my diabetic feet for years. He is always gentle with my feet. Dr Nick very thorough with each examination. When he clips my nails it is good and no problems with to short or left to long. My husband and I would not trust our feet to anyone else.
