Our washing machine drain pipe backed up over the weekend. We were looking for an appt on Monday. This was the only business that actually called us back on the weekend to set up an appt. The technician(Seth) arrived on time, wore a mask, was very professional and nice. He was efficient and quickly remedied our clog. Priced was reasonable/competitive. Very happy with our experience.

After calling a few other places and never getting a call back. I called Gravity Drain Services, at 9:15am by 11:00am, Seth had called, came over and fixed the draining issues, He was very professional, quick friendly and informative on ways to prevent this from happening in the future as well. If any future plumbing issues arise, they will be the first call.

I had Gravity out to clean out the sewer lateral due to a back-up in the basement. Lethon Baynes is just about the nicest person you will ever meet. VERY professional, patient, methodical, and did not give up until the job was done right. And the cost was definitely reasonable considering how hard he worked and how long it took. I had called another company about 2 months ago for the same job - they were here 15 minutes and gone - charged me $135 and only did a temporary fix, unbeknownst to me. Lethon was here for 2 1/2 hours and there is not a root left in my system, from the house all the way

My kitchen sink stopped draining. It was completely blocked up. Gravity came out, diagnosed the problem, wound up getting up on the roof, and about 30 minutes later the drain was clearer than it had been in years. The service was fast, friendly, and very reasonable. I'd use them again myself and highly recommend to others.

This not only was some of the best service I've ever had in plumbing, but with any service. We had a clogged toilet on CHRISTMAS EVE (afternoon) and Lethon responded the fastest.
Not only was quick but couldn't beat the price, especially on Christmas Eve! We were up a creek today not only with a busy day and needed service. We didn't know if it would have to wait another day.
I asked him if he had any more jobs (hoping he could call it a day, on this particular day), and he shrugged and said he's "24 hour service", he didn't know.
