They were exceptional and answered all my questions quickly and without any of the shop language. They broke everything down into simple terms that were easy to understand. Yesterday on my way home my truck I got a flat tire. I swung into Highspire Auto and stopped to see if I could get some help. Jr and his co-worker patched my tire right away. NO CHARGE, this was honestly the nicest thing any mechanic shop has ever done for me! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU! It was greatly appreciated!!!

Our Truck recently had mechanical problems on our way to Vermont and we limped into Highspire Auto Repair in Steelton, PA. They were very accommodating and started to look at it right away. They had to order a part that would be delivered the next day and told us we could stay in the semi till the next day. I travel with a pet and hard to find a hotel that would take me and clucks (my dog). Part arrived and they had Carl start right on it. Then discovered we also had an electrical problem. We were in an accident while traveling through Harrisburg late Monday evening and called Highspire for mechanical assistance with our damaged trailer. We explained the situation and were given a recommended plan of action for the repairs over the phone. We agreed and Highspire did everything exactly as they described and had us back on the road even more quickly than expected. Would definitely recommend their service.

Very slow! 4 hours and counting to replace an air bag! Shop is to small to work on a big truck so they send you down the road to a gravel lot and send a service truck. NOT THE MECHANICS FAULT TOTALLY. The guys at the shop are not helping out as needed. Do not use this place. They could care less if a driver gets moving. RIDICULOUS!

Worst Shop I have ever been to. Keep away. They charged me $1200 to change a seal on the rear of the transmission. Plus they took all day to finish. The truck went in at 10am and left at 6pm, for something that should have taken a lot less to finish. I will never take another truck to this location.
