Buyer/builder beware.
We purchased a Ledgecrest home in the summer of 2014. At the time the house was only 2 years old. Not long after moving in, we noticed that when walking on the tile floor, we could hear a “gritty” sound. Almost like sand moving around under the tiles. Fast forward 1 year...the grout around the tiles throughout the kitchen and entryway started cracking and breaking. Shortly after that, the tiles started moving around and also started cracking and breaking. Such a headache! Here we are, with a 7 year old home, looking into replacing the tile floors already.
