Nestled in the heart of Northwest Arkansas's Ozark Mountains you will find Rockin' Z Guest Ranch - a one of a kind place with five beautiful 1,000 square foot log cabins and a three bedroom guest house. Located on 700 acres of privately owned wooded hills where you can go horseback riding, fish in our ponds, explore our cave and winding mountain trails, or just enjoy the peaceful landscape and sylvan wildlife.
Our log cabins are clean, private, and secluded - yet close enough to accommodate groups for reunions or retreats. Take your group on a hayride or horseback ride, toast marshmallows over a camp fire, meet in the barn, or have a barbecue at the guest house - our ranch is a great place to gather and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks.

My fiancé and I drove out to AR from Texas. I wish we would’ve found out about this ranch sooner so we could stay in the cabins because I absolutely loved this place. We found them on a whim from a flyer. I rode horses when I was a girl but got thrown off a few times so have been hesitant about working through my fear of getting back on. When we got to the ranch we were greeted by Steve and his son. They were great guys. I told them I was a little nervous and they reassured me and gave me a few tips. The horses are amazing, the property is beautiful and I felt confident again when I was back

Horrible.
From the moment we got there, we felt to have been a bother to this couple. When we got out of the truck Steve called my husband an Old Man. No Hi, hello, nor Welcome. After some small chat, We asked what time we would be riding in the morning as this was set up over the phone for Saturday. To which we were told we were Not riding as they took on a group of five. (In the morning they rode past our cabin with only 3 horses not on a trail, but on the road) We wanted to fish, but Steve wouldn't tell us where the ponds were. WTH?? ( We were interrupting their dinner plans.) He said it was

We had an amazing weekend staying in one of the cabins and going trail riding! We ended up going on three different trail rides over the course of the weekend. All of the horses were very well cared for, our hosts/guides were gracious and kind, the views spectacular and the cabin was adorable, spacious and clean. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing time! Our guide Steve was absolutely wonderful. The horses are well cared for and easy and gentle to ride. Beautiful countryside is the backdrop as you meander over 750 acers! The trail changes often from woods to meadows and crosses over several streams. Not only are we planning to come back for horseback riding but, we looked at one of the cabins they rent, and next visit we would like to stay a few days! We believe this will be one of our go to places every year!

We drove out to the ranch on an overcast, drizzly day because my six year old daughter wanted to take her first trail ride. The owner and his family were super accommodating. We had an hour long trail ride on separate horses through all kinds of terrain. There was lots of baby goats around to look at and cows and horses as well. My daughter absolutely loved it and can’t wait to do it again. Highly recommend this family and this place.
