We have transformed our studio for social distancing. Our reformers are at least 6 ft apart. Our straps have been wrapped in a vinyl covering for easier cleaning, and we santize after each class. We require masks upon entering and exiting the studio, but you may take it off while you are at your reformer during exercise.
We also require hand washing or using handsantizer immediately upon entering the studio. We are located in Bocage Village Courtyard across from Towne Center. Services
Pilates (pi-LAH-teez) is a form of body conditioning developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century. The method encompasses more than 500 exercises that simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles. Pilates is based on the principle that before working the peripheral parts of the body, the core needs to be strong and stable.
It is conveniently located in the center of Baton Rouge in Bocage shopping center and near Towne Center. In the beautiful setting of the Courtyard at Bocage shopping center, you will be greeted with fountains, plants, skylights, and music. The Studio has plenty of windows and light yet because we are upstairs it maintains a private feel.
During her personal training days, she realized there was something missing in working out with weights and doing cardio. Her clients were getting stronger but their posture remained the same. They and she were also getting bored. In the search for a solution, she discovered Pilates at a spa. This was the missing link.
We offer Semi-privates to those who want to share the hour with a friend or friends. These can be scheduled with two or three people at the same time. If one person cannot make it, but the other still wants to come it will become a private and charged as such. It is up to you to find a partner and coordinate scheduling together.
Most Pilates classes meet twice a week. Your commitment is a calendar month though initially, you may join a class at any time during the month and commit until the end of that month. If you plan on signing up for the following month, we ask that you pay by the 25th to hold your spot. Like Tennis, Piano, or Dance, Pilates is a practice.

I love this studio and the instructors are wonderful. I’ve taken Pilates classes in NYC & London and this is by far my absolute favorite. The tower class is one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. The instructors are very knowledgeable and their classes are well thought out. You really feel like the instructor is right there with you the entire 50 minutes. I’ll continue to take classes here as long as I’m living in Frankfurt.

This is a fabulous pilates studio with great instructors and a wonderful selection of classes, from private sessions to the amazing Tower group class. Lucy and her colleagues speak English and German. I've done pilates for over 20 years, mostly in the U.S., and the caliber of instruction at this place is extremely high and as good as the best places in Los Angeles and New York.
